Andrea Risberg is a Program Manager at AI Sustainability Center where she is responsible for driving and delivering projects for our partners and clients, managing stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams of researchers, data scientists and legal experts, as well as conducting analyses based on the AI Sustainability Framework and project methodology.
Andrea is passionate about data driven technologies and politics, and how the international policy landscape is expanding to include AI ethics.
Previously Andrea worked at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs on various projects and tasks concerning international trade policy and the EU single market. Andrea also has experience from the private and non-profit sector, having worked as an advisor to social entrepreneurs wishing to scale their business, as well as project leading a large-scale educational youth program in entrepreneurship.
Apart from being a Program Manager at AI Sustainability Center, Andrea is part the 2019/2020 cohort of Höj Rösten, a leadership program for future politicians and transformational leaders. In addition, Andrea has been part of an early stage advisory group for a start-up applying AI to climate negotiations.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, with specializations in Finance and Economics. One semester was conducted at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, in Hong Kong.
