Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the way we work, live and play, providing immeasurable benefits. Yet, AI systems are increasingly posing ethical risks which are difficult to predict. The regulatory framework is lagging and unintended ethical pitfalls due to AI-based decisions are accruing more often. The center has been established to create a world-leading multidisciplinary hub to address the scaling of AI in a broader ethical and societal context. The multi-stakeholder initiative has attracted leading companies, public agencies, and some of the top minds in academia and civil society focused on AI.
Please join the center and some of its partners for a breakfast panel and discussion on sustainable AI, and learn how you can get involved.
The initiative is made possible with industry support from
Atomico, Bonnier, Google, and Telia. The initiative has attracted some of the top minds in academia focused on AI, coming from KTH, Karolinska Institutet, Lund, Umeå, and Linköping universities, as well as public agencies like Skatteverket, the Swedish tax authority.
The partners are united around a common belief that it is better to navigate together than alone, and try to be leaders in setting frameworks that put humanity at the core.
